Are you a landlord in England? Ensure you are compliant with the new Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm Amendment Regulations which come into force on 1st October 2022. Landlords must:
- Have one smoke alarm on each storey of their homes
- Have one carbon monoxide alarm in any room with a fixed combustion appliance.
